Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the E-Guerlin.com platform and the booking of VTC transport services through verified driver partners.

Nature of the service

E-Guerlin.com acts as a marketplace platform connecting passengers with professional, self-employed chauffeurs holding the corresponding VTC license. The price shown at the time of booking is fixed and guaranteed, except for changes requested by the client after confirmation (additional stops, change of destination).

Payment and fund holding

The full amount is charged at the time of booking via card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Funds remain securely held until the service is completed, at which point they are released to the driver partner, minus the platform commission.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup time are 100% refundable. Later cancellations may be subject to partial charges. See the full Cancellation Policy.
