Privacy Policy
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.
Data we collect
Name, phone number, email, pickup and destination addresses, and payment data processed directly by our certified gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Use of data
We use your data exclusively to manage your booking, assign a chauffeur, process payment and, if authorized, send you commercial communications or measure the effectiveness of our ads.
Cookies and analytics
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data: only aggregate figures. In your browser we keep only what is necessary: for the length of your visit, the channel you came from, so it can be linked to your booking, and, if you open the assistant, the conversation in progress. If you start a booking, what you type in the form stays in your browser for 24 hours, so you do not have to enter it again if you reload the page, and it is deleted once payment is complete. At checkout, our payment provider uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
Ad measurement
Only if you arrive from one of our Google ads and accept do we load the Google Ads tag. It keeps the identifier of that click in cookies for 90 days and, if you book, tells Google the booking reference and amount, so we know which ad led to it. Google also receives the technical data of the visit, such as your IP address and browser, and may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. It is never used to show you personalised advertising. We keep your choice in your browser for one year, and an anonymous record of it on our servers. You can change or withdraw it at any time from the Ad preferences link at the foot of every page.
